Some racers were caught while trying to escape and others were arrested while still on their bikes.

The alleged racers were taken in for questioning and may be charged with creating public unrest.

The toll road is set to connect Serpong to Cinere and Cengkareng areas in Tangerang, Greater Jakarta.
