Thai authorities are looking for missing American tourist, Joshua Michael Devine. 36-year-old U.S. citizen was reported missing on April 11. The joint sea and air search operation is being conducted west of Phuket, where Devine was last seen. Local media reported this weekend that Devine is an American IT operative who works with the US military in Kuwait. Read more
