قضت المحكمة الإبتدائية بالرباط اليوم الإثنين بتأجيل محاكمة الصحفية هاجر الريسوني إلى 16 سبتمبر/أيلول القادم بتهمتي الإجهاض وإقامة علاقة جنسية خارج إطار الزوجية، وذلك وسط حملة تضامنية واسعة من المجتمع المدني ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان المحلية والدولية.
ونُظمت وقفة احتجاجية أمام المحكمة تطالب بإطلاق سراح الصحفية البالغة من العمر 28 عامًا، وبحضور حقوقيين وسياسيين.
وكان قد تم إعتقال الريسوني وخطيبها الناشط الحقوقي السوداني، رفعت الأمين، يوم 31 أغسطس/آب الماضي للاشتباه في قيامها بعملية إجهاض، وهي عملية غير قانونية في المغرب.
وقال سعد السهلي، محامي الريسوني، إنه قدم أدلة تثبت أن الإجهاض لم يتم لإثبات براءتها من التهم الموجهة إليها.
وأصدرت عشرات من منظمات المجتمع المدني بيانًا تطالب فيه بالإفراج عن الريسوني وخطيبها وإلغاء القوانين التي تجرم عمليات الإجهاض.
كما طالب البيان بالتصدي “بالطرق السلمية الحضارية لمسلسل التراجع الذي تشهده بلادنا”، منبها إلى “خطورة ما تعيشه البلاد جراء التضييق على الحريات وضرب الحقوق وإعمال المقاربة الأمنية”.
وحذر المجتمع المدني أيضًا مما وصفه بـ “التراجعات الخطيرة فيما يتعلق بحرية التعبير والحق في الاختلاف وذلك بتغليب المقاربة البوليسية في التعاطي مع قضايا الرأي، واستشعرنا العودة إلى سنوات الرصاص بتلفيق التهم الاعتباطية والنيل من المختلفين في الرأي المساس بسمعتهم والتشهير بهم”.
ويأتي تخوف الحقوقيين في ظل اعتقاد عام بأن استهداف الريسوني مرتبط بانتقادها لأداء الحكومة من خلال عملها الصحفي، حيث تعمل في صحيفة “أخبار اليوم” المعارضة. وتقرب الريسوني أيضًا إلى أحد أعلام التيار الإسلامي في المغرب والعضو المؤسس في الاتحاد العالمي لعلماء المسلمين، أحمد الريسوني.
