أعلنت دار الإفتاء المصرية اليوم الأربعاء على صفحتها على موقع فايسبوك، أنه يجوز تجميد البويضات بغرض الإنجاب الصناعي فقط للمتزوجات وبشرط أن يتم ذلك مع أزواجهن، وجاءت الفتوى بعد جدلٍ أثير في مصر لقيام امرأة غير متزوجة بالعملية.
واشترطت دار الإفتاء “أن يتم استخراج البويضة واستدخالها بعد التخصيب في المرأة أثناء قيام علاقة الزوجية بينها وبين صاحب الحيوان المنوي، ولا يجوز ذلك بعد انفصام عرى الزوجية بين الرجل والمرأة بوفاة أو طلاق أو غيرهما”.
واشترطت دار الإفتاء أيضًا ألا يتم وضع البويضة في رحمٍ أجنبي غير رحم صاحبتها، وألا يكون للعملية الطبية آثار سلبية على الجنين.
ويأتي بيان دار الإفتاء في سياق جدلٍ أثير على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر، بعدما أعلنت سيدة تدعى ريم مهنا أنها لجأت إلى تجميد بويضاتها حتى تزيد فرص حملها إذا ما تزوجت بعد سن الثلاثين.
وفي مقطع فيديو نشرته مهنا كي تشجع الفتيات على القيام بالعملية، قالت: “الطبيب فتح منطقة البطن 3 أو 4 فتحات صغيرة، سحب البويضات ووضعها داخل ثلاجة لحفظها وتجميدها”.
وأضافت مهنا: “شاركت معاكم الفيديو ده عشان لو في واحدة حابة تعمل زيي، وعشان سن الزواج في مصر بقى عالي، فأهم حد لازم يعمل العملية هي مريضة السرطان، لأن العلاج بالكيماوي في حالات كتير جدًا بيعمل عقم، وبكده هتبقى احتفظت بفرصها في الإنجاب”.
وبحسب موقع كونسلتو، فإن نسبة إجراء تلك العملية في مصر لا تتجاوز الـ 5 بالمئة. وأضاف الموقع أن مصر ليس بها بنوك بويضات ولا سائل منوي، لكن يتم حفظ البويضات في مراكز أطفال الأنابيب المجهزة والتي يبلغ عددها بين 10 إلى 15 مركز.
وقالت مهنا في قناة “MBC مصر”، مساء الأحد: “طلب العلم فريضة، وربنا يسّره لينا عشان نستفيد منه.. أنا ممكن ماتجوزش في السن المناسب للإنجاب، وكمان فيه احتمالية أن تفشل عملية التخصيب، ونجاح الحمل يعود إلى إرادة ربنا”.
