تقدمت وزيرة الثقافة الجزائرية، مريم مرداس، أمس السبت، باستقالتها بعدما أسفر تدافع الحضور في حفل غنائي عن مقتل 5 أشخاص وإصابة 23 شخصًا آخرين.
وتراوحت أعمار الشباب الذين لقوا حتفهم بين 13 و22 عامًا، حسب ما نقلته وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية.
وعلى الرغم من هذا الحادث إلا أن الحفل أقيم يوم الخميس بشكل طبيعي.
وأثار الأمر غضب الرأي العام في البلاد، خاصةً بعدما اتهم الحاضرون المسؤولين بسوء التنظيم في ملعب “20 أغسطس”، أقدم ملعب بالجزائر.
وأقال رئيس الوزراء، المدير العام للمكتب الوطني لحقوق النشر، وهي الهيئة العامة التي نظمت حفل “سولكينغ” يوم الخميس.
سولكينغ هو اسم الشهرة لمغني الراب الجزائري، عبد الرؤوف دراجي، الذي أهدى في شهر مارس/آذار أغنية إلى الحركة الاحتجاجية غير المسبوقة في البلاد. ووقد اعتاد المتظاهرون ترديد الأغنية المسماة “الحرية” أثناء نشاطهم الاحتجاجي.
وفتحت النيابة العامة الجزائرية يوم الجمعة تحقيقًا في الواقعة بهدف “تحديد المسؤوليات”، بحسب وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية.
