Si Lemuel Lansangan, 39, ay namatay noong Disyembre 8 ng nakaraang taon sa pamamagitan ng isang hindi pa natukoy na perpetrator. Ayon sa kapatid ng biktima, si Lansangan ay maaaring tinorture bago siya patayin dahil maraming mga pasa ang kanyang katawan, iniulat ng GMA News.
