Ang Poland ay nag-aalok ng trabaho sa mga Pilipino na handang magtrabaho sa pagmamanupaktura, isda at pagproseso ng karne, teknolohiya ng impormasyon at pagmamaneho ng mga mabibigat na sasakyan.
Ayon kay Elsa Villa, presidente ng Philippine Exporters Association of Service, marami sa mga trabaho na inaalok ay hindi nangangailangan ng karanasan dahil ang mga employer ay magbibigay ng pagsasanay, iniulat ng GMA News.
Sinabi ni Villa na hindi kailangan ng mga aplikante na maging highly skilled at itatalaga sa mga kumpanya sa pagmamanupaktura. Matapos magtrabaho ng matagumpay bilang aplikante sa Poland sa loob ng ilang taon, magkakaroon sila ng pagkakataon na mag-aplay para sa paninirahan sa Poland at dalhin ang kanilang mga pamilya upang sumamama sa kanila.
“Ang mga manggagawa na nagtrabaho nang limang taon sa isang employer ay may karapatan na mag-apply para sa residency,” sabi ni Villa.
Ang iba pang mga bansa sa Gitnang Europa gaya ng Croatia at Czech Republic, pati na rin ang mga bansa sa Silangang Europa, ay nagbubukas din ng kanilang mga pintuan sa mga skilled at unskilled na manggagawang migrante.
Si Bernard Olalia, tagapangasiwa ng Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), ay nagpapaalala sa mga manggagawang Pilipino na maging maingat sa mga pekeng recruiters at sumunod lamang sa opisyal na alok ng trabaho sa POEA website kapag magplano na magtrabaho sa ibang bansa.
“Kung plano mong madeploy ng aming gobyerno sa pamamagitan ng placement ng pamahalaan, mangyaring pumunta sa POEA,” sabi ni Olaila.
