Seekor macan tutul terlihat memasuki sebuah rumah yang terletak dekat sebuah bandara udara di selatan India, menyebabkan kepanikan sesaat di kalangan warga setempat.
Seorang saksi mata bernama Bankanidhi Senapati berkata macan tutul tersebut memasuki areal sebuah rumah di Palaspalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha pada sekitar pukul 11 malam tanggal 17 Februari, The Pioneer melaporkan.
Menurut saksi mata tersebut, sang macan tutul memasuki daerah itu setelah memanjat dinding batas bandara di sebelah halaman rumah yang dimaksud.
Dia menambahkan bahwa dia memberitahukan para tetangga setelah hewan tersebut meninggalkan tempat itu. Awalnya, mereka tidak percaya padanya, sampai akhirnya mereka pun melihat kucing besar itu dalam rekaman CCTV.
Departemen Kehutanan pun mengirim sebuah tim beranggotakan 25 orang ke lokasi itu dan memulai operasi pencarian untuk mendapatkan macan tutul tersebut.
