Ayon kay Atty. Manuel Dimaano, pinuno ng National Bureau of Investigation-International Airport Investigation Division, ang migrant worker na si Jessie Cadiang ay nagkaroon ng warrant of arrest laban sa kanya dahil sa pagpatay sa Capas, Tarlac sa Pilipinas, iniulat ng GMA News.
Noong Setyembre ng nakaraang taon, lumipad si Cadiang sa Abu Dhabi upang makatakas. Gayunpaman, ang migrant worker ay naaresto noong Nobyembre ng Interpol sa Abu Dhabi at ang mga papeles para sa kanyang deportasyon ay isinampa at pinroseso.
