A Filipino working overseas claimed valuable items had been stolen from her luggage when she arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport’s Terminal 3 on April 14.

On Sunday a video was posted on Facebook of a Filipino woman, who flew from Hong Kong to Manila, complaining to airport staff that some of the items in her luggage was missing, UNTV reported.

The woman’s laptop, some perfume and souvenirs were reportedly missing from her luggage and she informed the airline, Cebu Pacific. The airline said it was working with Hong Kong International Airport to determine where the items were lost. The Manila International Airport Authority is investigating the case.

The video of the incident went viral and had more than 6.8 million views on Facebook.
