A video that shows actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna slapping a fan who wanted to take a selfie with him has gone viral on the internet. The date of the incident is unknown, but it reportedly took place in Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh, where Balakrishna had been during an election campaign, according to media reports.
Balakrishna, son of former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and veteran actor NT Rama Rao, is no stranger to controversy. A few weeks back, a video of Balakrishna slapping his assistant while asking him to tie his shoelaces also went viral.
The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his movie Paisa Vasool by filmmaker Puri Jagannadh.
