Stephen B Young was an assistant dean at Harvard Law School and research associate at Harvard's East Asian Legal Studies Program and dean and professor of law at the Hamline University School of Law. He is the author of The Tradition of Human Rights in China and VietnamĀ and proposed the United Nations Interim Administration of Cambodia, which ended the Killing Fields in that country.
