Aaron Pedrosa is the executive director of Bulig Pilipinas, formerly Bulig Visayas, a relief, rehabilitation and adaptation solidarity network established after Typhoon Haiyan struck with the hope of helping affected communities get back on their feet and engage government on its rehabilitation and adaptation interventions. Pedrosa, a native of Tacloban, was displaced by Haiyan together with his family after storm surges hit their neighborhood. Their home was destroyed.
