يسعى أول رئيس وزراء للسودان بعد الثورة المعروفة بـ 25 أبريل/نيسان إلى أن يتضمن التشكيل الوزاري تمثيلًا للنساء وللمناطق الجغرافية للبلاد.
ومن المنتظر أن يتم الإعلان عن التشكيل الوزاري خلال 24 ساعة، بحسب بيان مجلس السيادة الانتقالي الحاكم.
ويستمد التشكيل الوزاري أهميته من كون مجلس الوزراء شريكًا في الحكم، بحسب الاتفاق بين الجيش والقوى المدنية، والذي بموجبه تم تشكيل مجلس السيادة الانتقالي بدلًا عن المجلس العسكري.
وكان حمدوك قد تسلم الأسبوع الماضي قائمة تضم 49 مرشحًا لتمثيل 14 وزارة، لكنه برر التأخر في الإعلان عن التشكيل الأخير بأنه يرغب في “أن تكون الحكومة أكثر تمثيلًا لولايات السودان”، بحسب بيان مجلس السيادة، الذي أضاف أنه يسعى كذلك إلى ضمان “مقتضيات التوازن الجندري”.
وبحسب تقرير لقناة فرانس 24 أمس الثلاثاء فإنه من المتوقع أن تحصد النساء خمس وزارات في التشكيل الجديد.
واختار حمدوك أسماء عبد الله وزيرة للخارجية، لتصبح أول امرأة تشغل هذا المنصب في السودان، بحسب مصدر تحدث إلى وكالة رويترز أمس الثلاثاء.
وقال رئيس الوزراء السوداني خلال لقائه بوزير الخارجية الألماني في الخرطوم أمس الثلاثاء إنه من ”المنطق“ أن يكون للنساء تمثيل مناسب لأن ”نساء بلادي كانوا في الصف الأول في هذه الثورة“.
وبدأ في شهر أغسطس/آب الماضي حكم المجلس السيادي السوداني – المكون من 11 عضوًا – والذي يُعد أولى الخطوات تجاه الحكم المدني، بعدما عزل الجيش الرئيس السابق عمر البشير استجابةً لضغط الاحتجاجات الشعبية الواسعة. ويضم مجلس الحكم المدني بين أعضائه سيدتين. كما تقتضي الاتفاقية التوصل إلى اتفاقات سلام مع المجموعات المتمردة في المناطق النائية خلال 6 أشهر.
وأطاح الجيش السوداني بالرئيس الإسلامي عمر البشير بعد حوالي 5 أشهر من الاحتجاجات الشعبية، فيما يعرف في السودان بثورة الخامس والعشرين من أبريل/ نيسان.
