اعتذر علي عبد الخالق الرياضي المصري السابق عما بدر من ابنه من انتقاداتٍ للجيش المصري، وكان ابنه المقاول محمد علي يتعامل مع مشروعات الجيش المصري، لكنه ترك مصر ثم ظهر في فيديو يتهم هيئات بالجيش المصري بالاستيلاء على أموال المقاولين.
وفي الفيديو الذي نشره على موقع يوتيوب زعم المقاول محمد علي أنه عمل لمدة خمسة عشر عامًا مع هيئات في القوات المسلحة، لكنه لم يحصل على مستحقاته في السنوات الأخيرة.
لكن والده علي عبد الخالق، وهو لازال مقيمًا في مصر، ادعى في لقاء على قناة صدى البلد إن مسؤولًا قطريًا قال لابنه إن طائرة خاصة تنتظره، مضيفًا: “عليه شبكة عنقودية من كل جهة”.
وقال عبد الخالق في حواره مع أحمد موسى، مقدم أحد برامج التوك شو في قناة صدى البلد: “أنا بعتذر للدنيا كلها، الريس وبيت الريس والبلد والجيش من أصغر واحد لأكبر واحد في البلد”.
وأضاف: “للرئيس أنا بقول حقك على راسي من فوق، اعتبره ابنك وحد غلط بلفظ أو حاجة، الرئيس وبيت الرئيس على دماغي من فوق، أعمل ايه عشان أرضيه؟ إذا كان هفوة أو لعب في دماغه أو حصل له غسيل مخ وده شيء وارد لأنه راح بفلوسه بيعمل مشاريع جامدة هناك اتلموا عليه المجموعة طبعا واشتغلوا معاه لخبطوا حياته..”
وكان محمد علي الإبن قد ادعى في الفيديو أنه شارك في تنفيذ أعمال بناء قصور رئاسية ومشروعات مع هيئات من القوات المسلحة، منها مشروع إقامة فندق في القاهرة الكبرى.
ونفى محمد عن نفسه أن يكون تابعًا لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين والتي تتهمها الحكومة المصرية بممارسة الإرهاب.
وتشارك القوات المسلحة في مصر في مشاريع للبنية التحتية والإنشاءات المختلفة، ضمنها بناء فنادق، ومن أكبر تلك المشاريع مشروع مدينة العلمين الجديدة وكذلك مشروع إنشاء عاصمة إدارية جديدة للبلاد. وتهدف هذه المشاريع إلى استيعاب الزيادة السكانية وخلق فرص عمل، بحسب الحكومة المصرية.
