Thống kê chính thức cho thấy Việt Nam đã phải chịu 4.770 cuộc tấn công mạng trong quý đầu năm nay – nhiều hơn một nửa tổng số các vụ tấn công mạng trong năm 2018.
Theo Trung tâm ứng cứu khẩn cấp máy tính Việt Nam (VNcert) của Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông, có 8.319 vụ tấn công mạng đã được ghi nhận ở nước này hồi năm ngoái, báo VN Express đưa tin.
Giám đốc VNcert, ông Nguyễn Trọng Đường, cho biết hai loại tấn công thường xuyên nhất trong quý đầu năm nay là tấn công chính sách bảo mật thông tin chiếm tới 40%, trong khi tấn công thu thập thông tin trái phép chiếm 39%.
Ông Đường cho biết đã có 124 trường hợp trang mạng nhiễm mã độc, với 2.245 sự cố tấn công thay đổi giao diện và hơn 1.000 trang web bị cài mã lừa đảo.
Trung tâm ứng cứu cũng cảnh báo rằng các cuộc tấn công mã độc dựa vào trí tuệ nhân tạo sẽ là một trong những xu hướng chính trong năm nay. Hệ thống thương mại điện tử, tài chính và ngân hàng cũng có thể bị nhắm tới thường xuyên hơn trong năm 2019.
Tại Hội nghị An toàn Mạng Việt Nam 2019 được tổ chức vào giữa tháng này, theo báo cáo trong số 90 bộ và sở thuộc tỉnh hoặc thành phố trong cả nước không có nơi nào được xếp hạng an toàn thông tin mức cao nhất là loại A.
Trên thực tế, chỉ có 17% cơ quan nhà nước được xếp hạng B, 70% được xếp hạng C, số còn lại chỉ đạt hạng D.
Thật vậy, người ta đã phát hiện ra rằng trong một nửa các cơ quan nhà nước không có ai chịu trách nhiệm về an ninh mạng và họ cũng không thuê bất kỳ công ty chuyên nghiệp nào để đảm nhiệm việc này đề phòng trường hợp cần phải phòng thủ trong các cuộc tấn công mạng.
