北控水務上月向三峽集團間接控股的長江電力及母公司北京控股配股集資25.6億港元（約3.3億美元）後，股價表現堅挺。亞洲時報（Asiatimes.com）報導

據北控水務上月發出的通告顯示，三峽集團間接控股的長江電力同意以每股4.29港元認購 4.71 億股北控水務新股。同時，北控水務的母公司北京控股將同樣以每股4.29港元認購 1.28 億股北控水務新股，以示對與三峽集團策略合作的信心。兩項新股認購將為北控水務籌得25.6億港元的資金，除了償還債務外還會用作投資未來水處理項目。

北控水務還與長江電力旗下的長江生態環保集團達成協議，就合作城市、項目業務及研究開展合作，旨在促進城市污水處理工作及為長江水質清潔作出貢獻。雙方會先從城市污水處理項目開始合作，逐步延伸至城市供水、管道網絡、綜合水治理、固體廢物處理等領域。公司又會與長江生態環保建立一個長江保護技術及經濟研究平台，進行與保育長江流域生態的項目。

雙方已同意在南京及長沙進行合作，分別設立城市投資公司及城市服務公司，參與兩地儲備水市場的整合，並開發當地的綜合水治理或其他環保項目。另外，兩家公司亦設立武漢及江蘇聯合工作組，以進行城市水務工程規劃與水環境治理，並與政府共同推進階段性項目擴展。

今次北控水務與長江電力的合作，可算是緊貼國策最新走向。自2018年以來，中共總書記習近平多次提出「要把修復長江生態環境擺在壓倒性位置，共抓大保護，不搞大開發」。

內地分析指出，今次三峽集團以成立長江環保集團來執行總書記新政策的機構，長江環保集團「是三峽集團承擔國家賦予共抓長江大保護使命的實施主體，負責長江大保護項目投資、建設、運營維護等工作。」而今次能看中了北控水務也是因為長江環保需要有同樣實力的國企公司負責在前線完成任務。

事實上，北控水務相信是市場上有能力同時應付多地經營的水務企業。北控水務經營污水處理、供水服務、水環境治理建造服務及相關技術服務與設備銷售，截止二零一八年六月三十日，本集團參與運營中或日後營運的水廠共有860座，其中包括704座污水處理廠、133座供水廠、21座再生水廠及2座海水淡化廠。

今次長江電力入股北控水務集團，只是雙方合作的第一步，不止是股權投資，長江環保集團需要北控水務完成保護大長江流域的任務，這不止擴展了北控水務的業務版圖，還成為更具實力的國有企業，未來業務值得憧憬。
