2月14日情人節這天，一個名為王晗（Judy Wang）的女子發表了一篇網文，題為「那個從阿里離職的漂亮女高管從來不過情人節」。文中，她稱自己為一家創業公司的CEO，但是「兩年前的今天，我是阿里巴巴年薪數百萬、期權超千萬的女高管」。
她還曬出了和馬雲的工作照，稱「這次離職帶給我的期權損失，保守估計至少1,000萬元人民幣（147萬美元）」。
不知是否不滿她稱自己為阿里女高管，螞蟻金服的公關負責人陳亮在朋友圈怒回：「一般情況下，我很理解很多前同事在創業的時候稍微誇大一點點自己的職業經歷。但是吹牛要有個度吧，王晗你怎麽就成了阿里高管了？」
王晗也不示弱，16日凌晨再次發文，回應了陳亮的質疑，並曬出自己的股票期權記錄。
她所曬出的期權給了大家一個難得的機會窺探阿里員工的收入。她說，螞蟻金服期權離職時必須由公司回購，她離職時的公允價是195元。然後她計算：
「假設我沒有離職，3年後公允價翻到500元，那麽我的損失就是：1,950萬元（即39,000股 x 500元) – 629萬元（已行權部分，即32,250股 x 195元) = 1321萬元。」
可以看到，她一共持有螞蟻金服39,000股，離職時兌現了32,250股，合629萬元，放棄了6750股，合132萬元。
所謂「損失千萬」，是建立在一個假設上面，即螞蟻金服期權3年後公允價必須漲到500元。
2017年估值195，2019年初可能估值500嗎？顯然這是一個太激進的估值了。時間僅過去兩年，螞蟻的業務也沒什麽大的突破，繼續深陷與微信支付的纏鬥。如果我們給一個70%的增值可能還是合理的，最多翻倍到390元。500元純屬隨便說一個數。
但是她的做法很聰明，因為螞蟻金服不能反駁。螞蟻還沒有上市，不敢把估值增長速度放低，不能讓公關出來說並沒有漲那麽多，也不可能因為跟她爭吵就去公開螞蟻期權的內部估值。
更根本的是，她的損失其實應該以離職時的估值、而不是現在的估值計算。這樣計算就沒完了，為什麽不用十年後的估值算呢？所以，她的損失就是她當時放棄的132萬元，正好是她自己號稱的1321萬的十分之一。
無論如何，在阿里公關批駁她「不算高管」之後，王晗在文章裏推銷的面膜更加吸引到人們的關注，阿里反而配合她炒起了熱度。兩輪唇槍舌劍下來，「女高管」完勝。
