大家都知道，在各種交通工具中，危險系數最高的就是機動車了，所以平時我們駕車出行，必須時刻注意安全，就像春節期間的大熱電影「流浪地球」裏的台詞說的，道路千萬條，安全第一條！
2月9日晚上9點左右，河南省濮陽縣發生了一宗交通事故，駕車者未滿16歲，乘車的是一家三口，夫妻倆和他們的女兒。車禍造成乘車的一家人全部死亡。
據濮陽縣官方微信，當晚這輛小型面包車行駛至濮陽縣慶祖鎮的水渠渠堰施工區域時，墜入渠內，造成乘坐人曾某和其妻子死亡、他們的9歲女兒失蹤。
事故發生後，濮陽縣公安局、水利局等立即組織了救援工作，先後動用警力和各方200餘人力，對相關區域進行搜救。兩天後才打撈出女孩的屍體。
經警方調查，駕駛人管某身份證號碼顯示其出生於2003年10月，目前不滿16歲。
曾某是管某父親的朋友，出事那天，是帶著家人去管某家拜年。吃過飯後，管某的父親安排未成年且沒有駕照的兒子開車送曾某一家回家，結果半路就發生了慘禍。
網友們紛紛感嘆兩家人均太缺乏安全意識，並且心疼9歲女孩，無辜失去了生命。
