A 55-year-old Hong Kong man who was charged with rape and indecent assault told the High Court on Friday that it was the Indonesian domestic worker who seduced him.

Tsang Wai-sun told the court the 28-year-old Indonesian domestic worker seduced him when she gave him a hug and touched his private parts in the kitchen on December 20 last year, Sing Pao reported.

In his own defense, the man said he had told the domestic worker off, but he eventually gave in. The defendant also said the domestic worker had kissed him when he agreed to give her HK$20 (US$2.5) to buy snacks.

The account of the incident contrasted with what the victim, identified as X, had earlier told to the court. X said the defendant had indecently assaulted and raped her on four occasions between December 10 and 20 last year in an apartment in Kowloon’s Wong Tai Sin.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
