A 20-year-old Filipino-American was arrested for scaling a building in Manhattan, New York in the United States.

Justin Casquejo was previously arrested last year and pleaded guilty to trespassing at the 1 World Trade Center in New York City. For that offence he was sentenced to three years’ probation, ABS-CBN News reported.

On Monday, Casquejo was arrested by the New York Police for hanging off a construction crane at an apartment building in Manhattan’s West Side.

According to the police, the building’s management company filed a complaint last March against Casquejo and two others. The company said the three were seen taking photos and videos after breaking into the building that is under construction.

Casquejo was granted US$5,000 bail and has been charged with reckless endangerment and criminal trespass. The police have said Casquejo will be imprisoned if he climbs another building.
