Two men were arrested after they were found to be using marijuana in a bar in Quezon City in the Philippines.

On Saturday evening, the two men, aged 24 and 25, were in a bar in Tomas Morato when one of the staff noticed them using the illegal substance, GMA News reported.

The employee said he was closing up the bar at the time. He reported the incident to the police, who quickly arrived at the scene.

The two were arrested and detained at the Quezon City Police District-Station 10. Upon investigation, it was discovered that they were from Saudi Arabia and are currently residing in Malate, Manila.

The two men will be charged with possession of illegal drugs. If convicted, they may be sentenced to jail and be required to pay a fine of up to PHP500,000 (US$9,248).
