1. Yes it is not able to detected them that is true, but not for 4th generation planes. And it is clear signal to Israel that Russia will up the game if they continue their strategy… on long run they could deploy more advanced radars and air defence… and even counter strike missiles like Iskander and provide Syria with beefed new versions of military jets… it is long way but RF would go there if needed.

13. Ivan Smirnoff F-22s don’t fly in full stealth mode because they don’t have to and have no air threat to worry about. Why would they fly the F-22 in full stealth so that the Russians could acquire its radar signature possibly? They wouldn’t. Now throw some fighters up there to challenge the F-22s and you will see what stealth can really do or maybe you won’t see shit hahah
