A Tunisian man in Dubai was charged with allegedly exposing his genitals to a Filipina cashier and forcing her to watch a pornographic video.

At midnight on April 18, the 34-year-old Tunisian man, who works as a chef at a restaurant, asked his Filipina co-worker to bring him a drink at the parking lot outside the restaurant, the Khaleej Times reported.

The woman said she initially refused as she was busy working, but the man kept insisting. When she took him the drink and was about to hand it to him, the man suddenly flashed his genitals at her.

He grabbed her hand to stop her escaping and tried to show her a pornographic video on his phone. She yelled at him and returned to work, where she reported the incident to her supervisor.

She filed a complaint at Al Rashidiya Police Station and police confiscated the man’s phone, which was found to have many lewd pictures and video clips.

On Tuesday in the Dubai Court of First Instance, the man was charged with sexually harassing the Filipina. He denied the charge but admitted he was with the woman that night and had an argument. The court will issue a ruling on September 30.
