A 35-year-old domestic worker was arrested by Hong Kong police on Tuesday for allegedly injuring a six-year-old girl under her care in an apartment in Kowloon’s Yau Tong area.
At 10pm, the girl allegedly complained to her 41-year-old mother that her foot had been injured by the maid in an apartment in Ko Fei House, Ko Cheung Court, Oriental Daily reported.
The mother examined her daughter’s foot and discovered spots of redness. She reported the case to the police.
After an initial investigation, police classified the case as ill-treatment or neglect by those in charge of a child or young person and arrested the domestic worker.
The little girl was sent to United Christian Hospital for medical examination.
Officers from the Kwun Tong Police Station are following up the case.

Alam nu bang kayamanan ang anak sa kanila dahil dapat bantayan maigi dahil ang buhay iisa lang… at isa kung may alaga una palang sabihin nu aa amo kung ano priority anak o bahay kung nasa bahay ang bata… para alam mo unahin mo .
Those kind of attitudes better not hire a maid…..parents must be take care of thier kids and let us see if their child will not get injured ????

So piggy attitude…its the girls fault because the is old.enough to take care herself maybe the kid like to jump or running like a.dog…grrrrr…they took the helper on the spot so sad that here in h.k many kids are have bad attitude sometimes they make a false story or make drama…
Sometimes its too unfair for us helper.. Because we are being judge and humiliated instantly without having a due process…
Mostly hk kids at the very young age are LIARS… they love to make up stories… Its always one sided… If the employer maltreat helpers it takes months or even years before they arrest them.. Whereas if the helper suspects to maltreat them.. Right away… Unfair judgement is served????
