North Korea was able to construct a makeshift assembly facility for intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) near Pyongyang in less than a month, Voice of America reported earlier this week, citing commercial satellite imagery.
The US government-funded news agency says the building is situated in Pyongsong, South Pyongan Province.
Chosun Ilbo, in picking up the story, says that satellite images shot by commercial provider DigitalGlobe on November 21 showed an oblong building about 35 m tall and by 15-18 m across in the center of the plant.
North Korea launched a Hwasong-15 ICBM from Pyongsong on November 29, about a week after the images were shot.
But an image of the same area shot on October 24 of last year shows only a jumble of what appears to be building materials. This indicates to analysts that the facility took less than a month to complete.

America is planning to educate NK but I think will fail eventually. Leadership that needs to educate a country like NK is absent in America currently, and when it will they find, world goes far ahead.
America has to come to terms that Pyongyang has outsmarted her in not only mastering the construction of ICBM but that it can nuke the US main land.

Satellite imagery can only indicate the walls and roof took less than a month to complete. How the author of this report could jump to the conclusion that the whole facility was completed in a month is beyond me.
