A 46-year-old Filipino has been reported as missing in Saipan – the largest of the Mariana Islands in the western Pacific – since late on Tuesday.

Constante Baustista was last seen in his apartment at 4pm on Tuesday in Garapan. He was wearing a red T-shirt, blue shorts and running shoes, Saipan Tribune reported.

Jackie Rae, spokesperson for Saipan’s Department of Public Safety (DPS), said Bautista is about 5’9” tall (175cm) and weighs 220 lbs (about 100kg).

Officials at the department have asked citizens to contact them on 664-9000 or 664-9001 if there is any information about Bautista’s whereabouts.

This is the first missing person case in Saipan this year.
