After Sen. Marco Rubio (R.-FL) withdrew his threat to vote against the pending tax reform unless it increased child credits, US stocks jumped for the sixth day out of seven. Tax-sensitive smaller-capitalization stocks got clobbered yesterday but recovered today. US equities are now up 21% for 2017.
