A Filipino domestic worker was found lying unconscious in a pedestrian underpass in Tai Po in Hong Kong’s New Territories on Friday morning.
At 11:20am as the woman, aged around 30, was walking to Tai Po Market MTR Station, she suddenly fell to the ground, Oriental Daily reported.
Some passers-by called the police. Paramedics arrived at the scene and the woman was sent to the hospital.
Police contacted her employer but she said she was unaware of any health problems the worker had.

dont be scared to tell to you employer if you not feeing well .because you have ensurance.marami kading employer na pag alam na may sakit ang katulong ay terminate nia ang katulong nia.ubligasion ang amo kapag meron tayong nararamdaman sa ating kalusugan.
dapat nga ibigay nila yong food allowance kasi kawawa mga helper bigyan nalng nila nang ka kunti tulad ko binigay sako sa isang buwan kung breakfast 50 dollar lang magkasya ba yon mag reklamo ka baka yon namn dahilan nang di.nyo magka sundosana nga bigay nalng food allowance

Why so judgemental ? The report says she collapsed and the employer wasn’t aware about the helper’s health, we all don’t know what was the caused , so why blaming or pointing it to the employer? I just don’t get it…

Especially Saturday and Sunday some of us forget that talking at public places and transport should also be sensible…..let us think that even this people don’t understand what we say still it’s nice to talk politely….though some Chinese are also talking loudly we don’t need to follow them……talk slowly and politely you will see people will respect us domestic workers….
