China sentences three online scalpers to jail

Three suspects were sentenced by the court in Yingze District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province for manufacturing and selling scalper software, the 21st Century Business Herald reported. It was the first case in China where scalpers received jail, the report said.

New energy vehicle production costs will match fuel vehicles by 2030

The cost of producing new energy vehicles will be close to that of ordinary fuel passenger vehicles by 2030, and market competitiveness will also be equal, Caixin reported, citing Dai Jiaquan, Director of the Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation on Wednesday.

CNAC orders 300 Boeing aircraft worth US$37 billion

The China Aviation Supplies Group Corporation (CNAC) has signed a bulk purchase agreement with Boeing for 300 Boeing aircraft, Caixin reported, citing an official announcement. According to the catalog price, the order is worth a total value of 245.347 billion yuan (US$37 billion).
