Four new organizations will be set up after the 19th Communist Party Congress, covering the areas of law-based governance, ecology protection, veteran management and Party disciplinary inspection, reported.

A central leading group for advancing law-based governance is to be established, aiming to help build rule of law in China, as set out in President Xi Jinping’s speech at the opening of the 19th Communist Party Congress.

A national administration for managing natural resources and assets, as well as ecological protection is planned, and an organization to protect the rights of veterans retired from the army will also be founded.

Meanwhile, provincial, municipal and county-level disciplinary inspection groups will be created.

By working with the Party’s disciplinary administrations, local groups aim to put all party members under inspection.
