Asia Times columnist David Goldman says China’s value explosion is “something the world has never seen and it’s going to amaze us all.”
Goldman, who writes the popular Spengler column on Asia Times, was discussing what China means for the global economy on the Bloomberg Surveillance show with Francine Lacqua and Tom Keene.
“China is in the midst of a value explosion via a technological revolution which mobilizes the talents of the largest and hardest working population in the world, Goldman says. “It’s something the world has never seen and it’s going to amaze all of us.”

David Goldman is not the only one to recognize the drive, discipline, and hunger of the "Dragon"————–I have been saying the same thing as Mr Goldman for years. My question is how will the United States handle not being in first place since 1945———every empire runs out of energy and smarts in the end. The Middle Kingdom marches forward no matter what the HATERS say!
I believe the China haters include two groups. One is the Chinese neighbours who are threatened by China’s military buildup; the second one is the Chinese dissidents who don’t like the one-party rule.
Wood Wu I dont think that would account for the haters. If you look at the haters, they are mostly fluent in English and posts from overseas. Yes there will always be dissidents just as in US now in Trump era. Unless of course you include US would feel threatened by China’s military buildup. But this is such a shallow one sided view. So from that logic there would be a lot more US haters who not only have a bigger military but USES it.
Well well well, first time I hear Spengler speak on TV. While I dont always agree with his views, at least it is interesting, provides a different perspective and not stupid
Murcan’s is opposed to any thoughts. It’s UN-Murcan.
KS Chin You’re clueless. Indians formed the biggest group of hater, they all speak English. Average American or European doesn’t pay much attention to China, only their media and politicans.
