A 35-year-old domestic worker from Indonesia was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly taking indecent photos of her employer’s son in Sheung Shui, in Hong Kong’s New Territories.
Sing Tao Daily reported that, at 1pm, a 33-year-old local woman surnamed Tang called the police and said she had found indecent photos of her one-year-old son stored on the maid’s phone.
Police arrested the maid on Ma Sik Road in Sheung Shui and have filed the case under ill-treatment or neglect by someone in charge of a child or young person. The case is being investigated by police in Tai Po.

I think.. normal for the helper who taking care of the boy….she feel happy to look after him.so she take the moment to capture the photos.she wondered how cute the baby….it’s too much for the employers..
I also taking care baby boy, he’s 1 year and 4 months, and I have many photos of him in my phone till now. Specially when you take him bath normally you take all his cloths, whats wrong on that?
Unless if her ward ages 14 years to above thats the time you can sue or accused of indecent.

Crazy…i have many photos of my ward ..naked taking shower…we have selfies bfore changing his clothes..just hqving fun..he is just 1yr old ..if you want to terminate your helper just give her 1month notice no need to make irrational stories you dont pay…and how can she be charged of child neglect if it’s just photos..

Oh my goodness,this is rediculous. My phone and 2 memory cards full of pictures of the kids that i have been took care of. Since birth tl present. And my employer added that by sending pictures of her kids in my whatsapp.
The reason why I need to ask permission first to take pictures with the family members of my employer.

In taking photos of the kids we take care we must be sensitive because not all employers want to be thier kids just being photograph by anybody atleast we must give respct of what we called PRIVACY….
