LeEco Holdings (Beijing) Co. Ltd. and Letv Mobile Intelligent Information Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd., two LeEco subsidiaries, were listed on the Supreme People’s Court’s list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the China Securities Journal reported on Tuesday.

Companies and individuals listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement can face disciplinary measures over aspects such as bidding, administrative approval, government support and market access, the report said.

Information from the case indicates that LeEco Holdings (Beijing) Co. Ltd. was involved in two instances of dishonesty, with filing dates on April 13, 2017 and March 21, 2017, respectively. Letv Mobile Intelligent Information Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd. was involved in one case, with a filing date of March 21, 2017.

According to an unnamed lawyer, annual financing and credit for the two companies involved will likely be affected by the court listing.
