A 41-year-old man fell down a slope while hiking at the East Dam of High Island Reservoir in Sai Kung in Hong Kong’s New Territories on Sunday.
After his 20-meter tumble that afternoon, the man, named Sebastian, was trapped and suffering from scrapes on his nose, jaw and hands, and a bleeding forehead, Sing Tao Daily reported.
A 25-year-old hiker heard Sebastian’s calls for help and called the police.
Firefighters rescued him and sent him to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for medical treatment.
