The German daily, Handelsblatt, writes in an email newsletter Friday:

“The ECB’s decision to keep its foot on the monetary gas pedal is highly consequential. It is still unclear when the ECB will begin to exit from its ultra-loose monetary policy. The redistribution of wealth from creditors to debtors will continue for the time being. Real estate investors rejoice while savers are stealthily expropriated.”
