A 34-year-old Filipino domestic helper committed suicide at his employer’s luxury house in Deep Water Bay on Hong Kong Island on Monday morning, police say.
At around 7:42am, a man named Perdoso was found hanging in a room of a mansion on Shouson Hill Road with a rope around his neck, Oriental Daily reported. His 43-year-old brother, who also worked as a domestic helper for the same employer, called the police.
Perdoso was pronounced dead when emergency personnel arrived. Citing an initial investigation, police suspected that his suicide might have been related to some relationship issues, Sing Tao Daily reported.

My husband is also a taxi driver and he start at 6 or 7AM to 9+ from Monday to Friday ,Saturdays he could start at 8 or 9AM and took Sundays off . I too fear for his safety and his health. My deepest condolence and prayer to the family. May you find comfort in the arms of the almighty god. R.I.P .
