Theresa May’s government unveiled on Thursday their so-called repeal bill, which would transfer EU laws to the British statute book before the Brexit deadline, which comes in less than two years’ time.

The Prime Minister is already facing threats of “guerilla warfare” from Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron as opposition parties prepare to fight the bill, following the loss of an outright parliamentary majority by May’s party.

While Brexit Secretary David Davis reassured the bill would allow Britain to leave the EU with “maximum certainty, continuity and control,” the challenges are not limited to legislative battles in parliament, as some also warned that government departments will also have to work together in order for the approach to remain unified.
