In yet another road-rage incident in Delhi, a senior citizen and her five relatives were mercilessly beaten.

Satto, 62, and her relative Manish were severely injured when a group of men attacked them with bricks and rods after their car brushed against one of them around 8 pm on Tuesday evening in northeast Delhi’s Karawal Naga, according to reports.

According to police, Ravinder Kashyap and his relatives went to Muradnagar to take a dip in the Ganga River. While traveling home, he had to negotiate a narrow lane in which six men were blocking his path.

Kashyap honked and asked them to move, but they ignored him. He then slowly moved forward and his car lightly touched one of the men, which provoked the attack. Locals intervened and the suspects fled.

The victims were taken to a nearby hospital. Four of them were discharged shortly after, but Satto and Manish were taken to another hospital for treatment.
