Why is it that the moment we show something that is less flattery of China that the Chinese people are up in arms in condemning it. We should be more matured and accept that it is based on survey from UniHK and ask questions as to why the results are as such.
1. Are the survey questions biased against China.
2. Is the sample size skewed.
3. Understand the Hongkong people better, what was life like in British Hong Kong. What has happened since? Has HK lost its ways because other Chinese cities have taken over its roles.
If the Chinese people want to be taken seriously, we need to be smarter and better at taking criticism. If the criticism is unwarranted, we will use facts to dismiss them. You are university educated. I know where I come from.
The first graph is just propaganda desighned to mislead. Heck you mght as well go ask shanghainese similar question to get similar answer. Why not ask who favor HK independence? Of course thats not asked because the result will be totally unfavorable n western eill fail to score "china is oppressing HK" type browny points
