US stocks are up marginally, with yesterday’s worst performers (the financials and Apple) regaining a bit of lost ground. Cisco is the worst performer on the S&P 100, down more than 7% on a guidance that foresees declining revenues. VIX is down slightly from a Wednesday close of 15.4% to 14.4%.
