Two Pakistani men, 30 and 31, who were accused of working as hitmen for triads in Hong Kong, were arrested after a 6am raid on a Pak Sha village house in Yuen Long on Wednesday morning, Wen Wei Po reported.

Police believe the pair, who were granted permission to stay as torture claimants 10 years ago, worked as hitmen for a triad society.

A 50cm-long knife, an axe, an iron rod and a softball bat were also seized, Sing Tao Daily reported.
