Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin previewed Trump’s tax package on CNBC at 8:30 Wednesday morning. The average American, he said, should be able to submit tax returns on a form the size of the postcard. President Trump’s 15% corporate tax rate will be an incentive for small business, not a loophole for rich Americans to avoid paying the personal tax rate.

3% growth is achievable, and that’s what the Administration is aiming for. All eminently sensible: The small- and medium-sized enterprise sector was left out of the anemic Obama recovery, and that helps explain why the recovery was by far the weakest on record.
