The Chinese government said on Monday that the country’s cloud computing industry is expected to be worth more than US$62 billion by 2019, with some Chinese firms establishing themselves overseas, reports Caixin.

In a three-year plan issued by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, authorities outlined government support for the cloud services industry, which was named as a top priority for the country’s 13th Five-Year Plan.
