Chinese logistics firm Best Logistics Technology is hoping to raise US$1 billion for an initial public offering expected this coming fall, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Shareholders in the firm, which is valued at more than US$3 billion, include Alibaba, Foxconn and Goldman Sachs, which has advised Best on its latest funding round.
