A 20-year-old Hong Kong man was attacked by three local men early on Tuesday, after he quarreled with them in the entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui.
At around 4am, the young man was drinking with friends at a bar on Blenheim Avenue and had a quarrel with a man sitting at a nearby table, Apple Daily reported.
He was persuaded by his friend to leave but when the group walked away from the bar, he was attacked by three men with a glass bottle. His friends called the police while the attackers fled.
The police classified the case as an assault occasioning actual bodily harm, Oriental Daily reported. Yau Tsim Investigation Team has taken over the case, looking for three suspects, also said to be around 20 years old.
