A Chinese court has jailed Wang Tianpu, the former president of Sinopec Group, for 15 and a half years for graft, state television said on Tuesday citing a court verdict.
Sinopec Group is the parent of oil major Sinopec Corp.

He was high among the elites in China…given so much power and respect. Then the wheels of politics start to turn and the elites are being crushed by the corruption, nepotism and party politics…this is life in China.
When will the Xi faction be similarly crushed? A future group that is not the Xi clique is likely to do the same.
