I looked at these graphs about Laos’ progress. Oh Buddha, they looked so complicated (not smooth) comparing to other similar countries’. But I understand: Most Lao PRP and Lao PDR officials are graduates of Hanoi University School of Stalinist Market Oriented. What a waste of 41 years!
I think i know little bit of microsoft excel also…….i will plot growth of china & laos from 2000 to 2015 & then i will show growth of USA in 1980 to 2000 along with Germany & Laos…..i will then ask the laos people you tell me which graph you prefer.People say statistics lie….but i make graphs in a way super power like china or usa cannot lie easily.
Basically it says when china grows all nations grow with it,when US was growing i think laos was stuck on a straight line……all praise to Buddha & President Xi the emperor of the heathens.
