Thanks to KBS2 drama “Uncontrollably Fond” and its director, Bae Suzy is giving away her first ever self-composed song that will reportedly be played as a special OST for the drama. It is composed and sung by Suzy and will be played during the final episodes of the Wednesday-Thursday drama, it has been revealed.
Suzy apparently became the songwriter for the track on request of the director, IBTimes reported. IBT quoted a representative of JYP Entertainment: “She finished recording in May before the airing of the drama. Suzy was delighted to participate after the director asked that she write an OST portraying No Eul’s character.”
Suzy had also lended her voice to the 20-episode drama’s introductory OST, “Ring My Bell,” which received an overwhelming response.
The representative told AllKpop: “The song ‘Good Day,’ written, composed, and sung by Suzy, will be played during the last few episodes of ‘Uncontrollably Fond.’ The official release is scheduled for the end of August.”
“Uncontrollably Fond” starring Bae Suzy and Kim Woo-bin is doing quite well as the eighth episode of the drama was aired on July 28. Despite the stupendous success, recently, Kim Woo-bin apologised to his fans for “disappointing” them with the not-so cheerful drama. Read more on this here
