How many times have you spotted an outfit on a celeb that you want to own? While money might be a problem, there are times when you can get them in Zara or Aldo; you just don’t know yet. To make your life simpler, a Gurgaon-based start-up, Staqu, has come up with an app that allows user full access to information and complete analysis of fashion trends. The company has used the expertise of the founding members Atul Rai, Anurag Saini, Chetan Rexwal and Pankaj Sharma to pioneer an innovative ‘image-to-image’ matching ‘system-simplifying image’ search.

Atul Rai, co-founder and CEO of Staqu says,“Images are at the epicenter of the e-commerce industry, especially fashion e-commerce. By the virtue of its nature, it is difficult for the users to describe a particular item in words, and for the e-commerce portals to understand and provide the same. At Staqu, we endeavour to make the experience simpler and seamless for the users, by applying artificial intelligence in product discovery. Users will now be able to search for their preferred products by simply uploading the images along with receiving complete analysis of the fashion trends. Through our technology, e-commerce sites will now be able to provide the most relevant product recommendations.” Read more
